Please say hello to our one of our favorite winter squashes, the delicious and mighty kabocha squash. This wonderful squash is a nutritional powerhouse and is full of antioxidant rich vitamin A and beta carotene.
This special recipe was formulated to be in compliance with Monash University's low FODMAP diet to help address the discomfort associated with digestive issues such as IBS. We love this soup because of the special blend of spices that compliment the winter season and the coziness we feel each and every time we make this soup. We hope you will love it as much as we do!
Ingredients: beef bone broth OR vegan mineral broth, kabocha squash, carrots, red lentils, infused garlic oil (olive oil, garlic), mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, white pepper, mineral salt.
